Poupak's Parisian Life in New York

I am a French-Iranian woman with a passion for comedy. I have been lucky enough to be performing all over New York since 2010. I was a TV producer and a head writer for a morning live news show in France, as well as a free lance journalist and a book editor for many years.

Now, I am a life and a career coach (member of ICF), an improviser, a writer, and a show producer. I love my life!

I am a performer at the UCB & sometimes produce shows at The PIT in New York.

Posts I Like

I really like this blog that I recently discovered.  Good reminders of good things to do / let go of.   Little summary of today’s post below - for details, click the link.  The two I bolded really appealed to me today:

  1. Give up the habit of waiting.
  2. Give up the excuses.
  3. Give up trying to be perfect.
  4. Give up doing things you know are wrong.
  5. Give up feelings of entitlement.
  6. Give up relationships that want you to be someone else.
  7. Give up letting others decide what you can and can’t do.
  8. Give up being a helpless victim.
  9. Give up worrying about past failures.
  10. Give up blaming everyone else.
