Paris sous le soleil. Les ombres de l’Arc de Triomphe et la Tour Eiffel sont a peine visible.

Extraordinaire! Merci Col. Hadfield!

Extremely Rare Color Photography of Early 1900s Paris

Pretty incredible pictures… you see fields (yes, FIELDS) where I used to live and where I grew up! WOW!

designed-for-life:

Eiffel Tower radiator
With its intricate latticework and subtle backlighting for added effect. This contemporary style radiator measures 1,985 millimeters from top to bottom, making a big visual impact, while its slim, low profile design sits close to the wall without becoming an obtrusive element in small rooms and hallways. The Eiffel Tower radiator is shown here in brushed stainless steel.

I NEED THIS

My birthday is in less than 6 months… and the Iranian New Year is March 21… Just FYI (If anyone decides to get me this!)

If you have some time to kill this morning - watch this! It’s so good!! (Bastille Day Disco Fireworks in Paris!!)

At about 20 mns in, the Eiffel Tower seems to be dancing to Ring My Bell - truly well done!

This is the “ride” I’ll do.  Tiny ferris wheel (it really is small… believe me).

22 June 2012

Every year, on June 21, it’s La Fête de la Musique in France!  People flood the streets with their instruments and sing and dance everywhere.  In Paris, there’s usually a free concert somewhere (either at the Eiffel Tower or La Concorde).

Party y’all!

The view from the coffee shop looking out at Daniel Buren’s installation “Monumenta 2012” in the Grand Palais in Paris, France, this morning.
Buren is also the creator of the famous (or infamous) striped columns in the Palais Royal.
For ten more photographs of this amazingly colorful installation, which proved a great hit with children, see Rues de Paradis.

About Me

I am a French-Iranian woman in New York. I have a passion for comedy, and have been lucky to be performing all over New York since 2010. I was a TV producer and a head writer for a morning live news show in France, as well as a free lance journalist and a book editor for many years.

Now, I am a life and a career coach (member of
ICF
) and a comedian, and an improviser and a show producer - because life is too short and I want it all!

Also, I believe in love.

I am a performer at the UCB & used to produce a show at The PIT in New York.

Check out my indie teams: Pou&Nic and PANTS!.

My other blog: International Comedy Team

My French blog: La Vie à l'Impro

I used to be involved with the Diversity Initiative at the UCB and manage their blog too: UCBDifference.tumblr.com

I fight cancer with a passion - I want to contribute to a world where cancer will be as benign as a simple cold. Where you can donate against cancer of any kind and give hope to families and patients
